Tony, I don't know what power supply the aero-led uses.

I found that buck puck drivers are quite noisy.  Here is the advice I got in these two messages from the supplier:

Good Morning Colyn Case,
Unfortunately due to the small size of the BuckPucks there really isn't much space to reduce the noise generated internally.  You can add filtering externally via a faraday cage or using a combination of capacitors.  That may or may not reduce the noise to an acceptable level.  The other option we have is a newer driver the A009 BuckBlock, or the A011 FlexBlock.  You can find the data sheets and additional information on both products at the following link:http://www.luxdrive.com/products/  We have not run a full range of tests but we do know they are less nosy than our older drivers.  At this time we just don't know by how much.  If you have any additional questions don't hesitate to contact us.
 Regards,

Mike

As for the capacitors you can try the following, put a an aluminum 10uF, tantalum 1-10uF, and a ceramic 0.1-1uF in parallel on the input of the driver.  Make sure the voltage rating is double what you plan on using.  If you have any other questions don't hesitate to contact us.

Hey Gang

Have any of you had any experience with AeroLed lights.  Mine create a pulsating noise when turned on. You can hear it on the headset when tx or Rx. We have installed an isolating diode with no success. It is shielded wire and properly grounded.
