As is often usual in the experimental field the part no. is meaningless since the manufacturer can change supplier or internal specs and never change the part number. We now have people satisfied with the Desser that is marked "not to exceed 65 mph" or "ok to 100 mph" and "made in vietnam". Which freaking tire is failing? When was it bought? I have no problems with the lo speed tire but I have 2 marked "made in vietnam" in reserve. I would like to know if that tire is adequate for a replacement of the older tire...............
