The MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER IN AN ENGINE FAILURE - Immediat= ely pull the prop control full aft (highest possible pitch). 
 
Set 120 knots.  Then it glides OK. 
 
Fail to pull the prop all the way back, and you have an excellent ho= rizontal speed brake out front.   Horizontal speed drops rapidl= y, and vertical speed builds equally rapidly.
