The gentleman's name  is Scott (Scotty Wilson)  he flies a Lancair 360.

You might want to stop by at OSH this year if you can.  A gentleman
with an all-wood replica of a 1930's Bugatti airplane is going to be
showing the airplane for the first time.

I saw it being put together in Tulsa, OK, and it's amazing.
