I installed a kit supplied by Gary Hall (
http://pw1.netcom.com/~garyhall/index.html  ) that included the amount of
teflon tubing and the hinge pins required for a 320/360.  He also sends
along instructions for installing the teflon/hinge pin which can be
impossible if done incorrectly.  It brings to mind trying to push a wet
noodle across a table top.  All this for about $36 USD.

It worked well on my 360 and as far as I could tell I had no wear and no
vibration of control surfaces due to poor/loose fit.
