He also sends along instructions for installing the teflon/hinge pin which can be impossible if done incorrectly. It brings to mind trying to push a wet noodle across a table top. All this for about $36 USD. It worked well on my 360 and as far as I could tell I had no wear and no vibration of control surfaces due to poor/loose fit.
