Loctite has a product "Pneumatic/Hydraulic Seal 545" that is labeled
Removable, Non-Migrating and Non-Fouling.  It is not a locking compound or
at least they don't claim it is.  The viscosity is about the same as other
Loctite varieties.  I have used it for years on fuel and brake lines, works
