George,
Thanks for coming on line with your knowledge of engines.  I plan to order
your GamiJectors as soon as we're flying.  I understand you need data points
from our engine to select the proper injectors.  Will you please comment on
that?
I am considering installing turbo insulating kits on our TSIO-550 E (3).
This will be a Lancair IV-P with the SFS 2000 panel.  Further, I may like to
wrap the exhaust.  Would you care to give your thoughts on this?  Are there
therdynamic benefits and do they outweigh the drawbacks of possible
corrosion?
I have located a company called Racing Products in Greenwich, Ohio who sell
their Cool It and Thermo Tec lines.  The turbo kit is supplied oversize and
the installer cuts it to fit.  Exhaust pipes may be wrapped with tape or
enclosed in a lace up sleeve.  These are, of course, intended for automotive
and marine use but look adaptable to an aircraft engine.
Thank you,
Walter Dodson 1895740IA  BSAME
