I have the outback gear on my 360.  I run all three tires at 35psi
When the mains drop down to 25-30psi you can start to see it when the
plane is heavy.  After 150 hours and about 300 landings my tread depth
on the mains wore from .140" to .040".  I do not try to save my brakes
either.  The nose gear is holding up so well, it will probably need to
be replaced due to age rather than wear.  Also, the original brake
pads are holding up really well.  At the current rate of wear they
will probably give me 400 hours of use.
