In regards to air bubbles in the Hudson type sprayer pressure pots I had a
similar problem where after bleeding my lines I would find small bubbles the
next day. I learned that it was the result of tiny bubbles of air introduced
from the pot but so small you could not see them until the next day when they
collected into a larger bubble at a high point. I found that if I pump the
sprayer up the night before then use it the next day this would not be a
problem. the air injected will raise to the top of the brake fluid after
sitting over night.
