I was surprised at the criticism of me personally by Bob Jude this morning.

But then, there are lots of guys that think that their supplier can do no
wrong.

I am not of that opinion.  There are  too many issues that  can affect the
safety of flight in our airplanes, and this forum should be used to bring
them to light, especially when the factory choses not to talk about them.

I saw this happen with an alternate air valve on my Mooney--I told the Mooney
factory about a problem with the valve, and they ignored it.  The result was
5 crashes within two years, resulting in 2 deaths.  And the widow sued the
hell out of the Mooney factory.

I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes thinking about those two guys.

Well, Bob, as you seem to have missed the gist of the heat valve thread, I
would suggest you go into the files and read up on the subject instead of
attacking me personally.  And by the way, the word is "sense" , not "since".
