Jim raises some good points.  However, the easiest thing in the world for
me - and has worked perfectly for 5 years - is to have my credit card
number on file with Kit components.  I simply tell Vern's people my card is
on file (Vern already knows).  Vern, if you're reading, you know my voice
so don't let any of these other guys charge to "Ed's card".  As long as I
make sure I have available card credit, this method is easiest of everyone
involved.
