Thanks for your input.  Yes, I did have someone hold the rudder pedals while
I attempted to move the rudder.  It didn't move.  Logic tells me that when I
held the rudder pedals in flight that rudder movement associated with the
rudder pedals, cables and T-bracket was not causing the yaw problem.  I'm
still trying to figure out any other way that any portion of the rudder could
be flexing or moving to cause the problem.
