One of these ought to be able to make the breather holes mentioned in Robert Smiley's post. Way back in the dark ages, when I was a riveter at Douglas Aircraft, these were used to drill off the head of a badly set rivet. The extra length allowed one to carefully guide the drill point with the free hand to the center of the head.
