The solution to drilling those 1/8" holes in the elevator an stab ribs is
simple. Locate the ribs. Get a long reach drill bit (4-6", go to a hobby
shop if needed) and drill through the lower skin at a 45 degree angle so as
to pass through the rib. Only one hole is needed per rib. When done. put a
small BID patch over the exterior holes. You will need to leave one hole in
an inconspicuous location in order to vent the entire part.
