I'm in the process of building my wings and getting ready to mount the forward shear web. The question I have is what material to use for extending the shear web from BL-97 to BL-138 or BL-139.5 or BL-140.2 or BL-140.4 (depending on which part of the manual you happen to be reading). The 5PPS 3/8" prepreg seems to be a natural solution, except there isn't enough. Since this is not structural, would 3PPS 1/4" prepreg be a good substitute? This section's only purpose is to make the forward wall of the fuel tanks on two more outboard bays.
