When I painted my 360 (also used PPG), I used 1.75 gal. of primary color, 0.5
gal. of secondary color, and 3 gal. of clear.
I applied 2 coats of non sanding epoxy primer over the WLS. 2-3 coats of color.
2 applications of 2-3 coats of clear, sanding in between and after clear coat
applications.
Total weight gain came out to 20 lbs.
I would have used less material if I could have sprayed more pieces at one time.
Mixing many small batches generates more waste.
