Tom Giddings wrote that he installed the new, softer lord mounts on his
engine.  He reported greater smoothness.

I have also purchased, but not yet installed, the new mounts for my 320, but I
am most concerned about engine sag since they are softer.  Did Tom or anyone
else with these isolators have to shim the engine mount up from the firewall?
If so, did this significantly change the geometry of the nose gear with its
fixed length over-center link.
