X-Mailing-List: lancair.list@olsusa.com Mime-Version: 1.0 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<--->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> << Lancair Builders' Mail List >> <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<--->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >> Hi everyone... there's a small problem with the listserver that handles the LML at the moment, in that it is not sending out digests as it's supposed to. That's the reason that you're seeing my email address in the 'From' field instead of the lancair.list@olsusa.com address. I'm manually sending out the digests at the moment and will continue to do so until the new server is installed and up and running, a process that will likely consume another week or so. In the meantime please do not change your posting habits in any way, I'll see to it that everything gets delivered as usual and will do my best to insure that we all can continue to ask and answer questions as we see fit. I did get a heads up from Dan Schaefer that some of his posts haven't shown up and he was wondering if anything was wrong. Needless to say, the outbound digest glitch shouldn't have anything to do with inbound messaging, but if you've sent something to the LML in the last several days which you haven't seen posted to it please let me know immediately, as this is a much bigger deal than the digest problem, and one that I want to assign a top priority to so the flow of mail in and out of the LML isn't interrupted. If you've sent something to the LML address and it hasn't shown up as an LML posting within 24 hours, please send a copy of the post to me at marvkaye@olsusa.com and let me know when you attempted to send the original if possible. Please bear with me through this time of inconvenience... OLSUSA is upgrading the mail server to a new higher-speed Sun Sparc unit with greater storage capacity and all new software, but they can't just get one of these things from the local Best Buy, so it'll be several days before the new hardware arrives. In the meantime please pardon the slight change in format, things will be back to normal shortly. Thanks for your time, participation, and patience.
