The tape is Manufactured by Instrument Specialties 714 579 7100 and is part #
8271-0100-39. One roll will be enough for a IV but there is a two roll
minimum. The tape has a conductive adhesive so all you need to do is sand the
carbon, clean and apply. To connect the empinage to the airframe you can
solder a wire to the copper tape. Do not use the hinge, as the static
discharges will etch the spherical bearing. Use an Ohm Meter to inspect your
work. You know you have done your job when there is <10 ohms between parts.
