I am building a IV-P, and am waiting to close the elevators until I
receive my static wicks (Bill Maddox).  I talked to a IV flyer at
Oshkosh, and he had bonded all his carbon portions using a copper tape
(adhesive backed) through out the airframe, to which he had connected
his static wicks (I think).  However, I forgot to ask where he
terminated the bonding tape.  I assume the tape is the same as Brent
Regan used for his ELT antenna, and his airframe parts to reduce
electrical noise.  Can anyone offer me some advice (be nice!).
