Drop one passenger off at a not too distant airport like Madison and
let them rent from there and drive in. They may let you return the
vehicle at OSH, or you may have to reverse the process on the way
back.
Depending upon which direction you are going/coming and how long you
want to rent for, by the time you add up the cost and hassle for two
additional stops, forking over $152 a day may end up being the
cheaper option.

Does
anyone have any suggestions for getting a reasonably
priced rental car during
Airventure? Hertz prices on the field start at $152 for an
economy car and the
rental agencies in town are similar. We’re already paying
$200/night for
a hotel, and paying triple the normal rate for a car seems
pretty outrageous.
Thanks
