Thank you for all the comments and contributions received on the first draft of the Legacy Canopy Safety Issue Paper.  Attached is the second draft – comments still very welcome and appreciated.

The key changes are:

·        Recognized additional potential root causes for problems flying the Legacy with the canopy unlatched

o   Corrupted pitch visual cues

o   Pilot Induced Oscillations

·        Risk analysis and discussion updated by John Smith

·        Added commentary and advice from the community – Dennis Johnson and Jack Addison
