Hi Adam.
I look under Paul's Legacy this morning in the hangar and indeed, there's a fuel stain on the white hangar floor from that tube.   I'll save this LINK until he returns to Spruce Creek.  Right now, Paul & Harold just departed Goose Bay for BGBW - Narsarsuaq enroute to Europe in the TBM. ... http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N700CS/history/20140305/1400Z/CYYR/BGBW  ....   So far, my Legacy has not leaked from that tube and the pump is still original from 2006.

You most likely have a leaking boost pump seal. In the standard Legacy setup
the Dukes pump is mounted to the aft face of the nose gear tunnel directly
ahead of the fuel selector. The pump has an internal seal that separates the
pump section from the motor section. There is a drain port on the dry side
to vent fuel overboard if that seal should begin to leak. Look for red Tygon
tubing running from the pump to the cockpit floor.

If the pump is indeed bad, you'll need to overhaul it. You might try this

Best of luck,

The Andair fuel selector appears to be dripping from the vent tube on the
belly of the Legacy.
