In the standard Legacy setup the Dukes pump is mounted to the aft face of the nose gear tunnel directly ahead of the fuel selector. The pump has an internal seal that separates the pump section from the motor section. There is a drain port on the dry side to vent fuel overboard if that seal should begin to leak. Look for red Tygon tubing running from the pump to the cockpit floor. If the pump is indeed bad, you'll need to overhaul it.
