Depending on what ignition setup and what PSRU is with it, you= may have an unsafe power plant. There were only a very few of these that w= ere delivered to customers and it would be interesting to know which one you= have. If the PSRU has a cast case, I would be very cautious and would look= for another technology. The one I'm thinking of has three telescoping quil= l torque tubes as drivers that reduce the propeller speed and damp harmonic v= ibration. They do this job OK, But they have walls about 60 thousandths of a= n inch thick and are prone to break. If they do this in flight you will be a= n instant glider. If you need repairs or service for this device you will l= ikely never be able to find anyone to help. Internal gears are totally non s= tandard and will likely be impossible to duplicate. There were never any manuals or technical papers developed for these engines= .
