Scott,

I can help you with the dimensions of the MKII tail, and am attaching a
.jpg to a separate email with a drawing so the numbers make some sense.
Overall length is 98"... chord of stab @ center (LE to TE) is 16-3/4"...
chord of elevator @ center (elev TE to stab TE) is 11"... chord of stab at
counterweight cutout is 11"... chord of elev at counterweight cutout is
6-1/2"...  the trim tab is 20" long on the inboard end of the left elevator
half, and is 4" wide inboard and 2" wide outboard.

I can't help you at all with how much trim tab deflection is required to
achieve a particular elevator deflection, that's something that someone
who's already flying one of these things can  probably tell you.

I thought anti-servo tabs were used to lighten the control inputs... is
that really what you're tring to do or am I missing something here?
