It was so easy to do that I completed it without any help which means I had to devise a technique so I would not need someone on the other side of the door. The door is well built and looks great in place. The most time consuming part was doing the flox release. It took 110 pumps of epoxy and four fittings to get it all filled. Technique: 1. The door must be set with the furnished spacers in place. I screwed them in position. 2. Remove the door from the frame. Use clecos in the hinge bolt holes when putting the door on and off. 3. Roughly fit the frame in the FS. Most of the old joggle has to be removed. 4. I used sheet metal screws to hold the door in place. The drilled hole in the FS is larger than the screw so the screw taps into the door frame. This way I can pull the frame from the outside. Only use one screw or two screws at the top until you replace and latch the door 5. When the windows are lined up place more screws. Use minimal number of screws so there is less chance of distorting door. As I mentioned you probably have to do this process several times to complete the release. Placing the frame first and using clecos in the hinges and sheet metal screws to pull the door flush helps make it a one man job.
