As per my post on the vibration issue on the Legacy, I have followed
the post on the IV's with the crack in the prop flange and I plan on
pulling the prop and doing a dye penetrant exam.   It seems like from
those posts that the dynamic prop balance was OK, but this seems
counter intuitive to me and would like to hear if this was indeed
true.  Can some one explain what a prop balance will  and will not
pick up??
