Put a helicoil in the fork.
Also, balance the wheel pant so that the CG is at the mounting hole.
It wasn't until Bill added weight to the front end of the pant that the nose=
 wheel shimmy was eliminated on 39WG.  A tail mounted camera proved the theo=
ry.
