Looking for ways to improve the nose gear fairing mounting to my fork.  In particular the side mount holes are pretty worn out due to the soft aluminum fork. Considering using a nylock nut to the machine screw to avoid replacing the fork or maybe having the fork filled in and re-tapped.  I have determined the most likely cause of my occasional shimmy is the fairing vibrating around because the screws back out.
