Does anyone happen to know the specs on these turbochargers?  Manufacturer, model, trim, A/R, etc.?

Colyn,

1650 is the continuous operations limit. Probably a good idea to set the warning a bit lower? I use 1600, but try to keep them around 1550 or lower. Typically not possible above 32” of MP. 1750 is the upper limit; not to exceed 2 minutes. My view is that you’ll start carbonizing the oil in the bearings if you stay up there very long.

I use 1650 dF.   I think redline is 1750 dF.

My right turbo runs hotter than the left so that is the limiter.  I think that is pretty common.

Hi Ralf,

I notice that your TITs are pretty high.  I've always been told to keep them under 1550... perhaps I was mislead.   Any comments from the community on this?

I live vicariously through your airspeeds!
