I've been very pleased with my IV-P cover (and cowl inlet plugs) built by Bruce's Custom Covers:  www.aircraftcovers.com

My cover is 6 years old now, and is used only when I park the airplane outside (like the past week at AirVenture), but it's easy to install/remove and store, and works well. Mine is not completely water-proof; you might want to talk to them about this, as there are some disadvantages to completely waterproof.  I'm looking for a canopy cover for my lnc2.  I would be interested in a used one or a recommendation on where I can get a new one.  I would like one that is waterproof.
