It comes up now and then that someone who wants training can't get it because they are stuck in the Catch-22 where they aren't trained to fly their own airplane but there is no other airplane in which to get trained.  It's not clear, however, if there would be enough usage to justify making such an airplane available.

I would like to know how many hours you would buy for training purposes in Calendar 2014  if the option was available.   For purposes of the question, assume rate is about $300/hour wet.
