Dom,
The application of heat may allow you to reform them back to a shape
more like the original. If you add al-u-min-ium tabs to the inside
(riveted) of the fillets that would extend behind the spinner then the fillet
tips should remain in place. Perhaps reconstruct new ones out of
carbon glass with a joggle that extends behind the spinner where it meets the
fillet.
Good luck,
Grayhawk

The two
spinner cone fillets of fibre glass have over time bent outwards inflight and
need to be replaced. One of them flared out to the point where it was
rubbing slightly on the propeller. Any recommendations whether fibre glass
should be used in making replacements, or switch to aluminium? (sorry, we
spell and pronounce it differently up here). Thanks,
Dom
