The below two schematics show the TSIO 550 turbo oil and scavenge pump system.

Hopefully you can figure out what is wrong with this aid. I suspect the turbo oil scavenge system. Could be as easy as

tightening a lose scavenge hose fitting.

I found my scavenge pump cover cracked a the pipe fitting.  See items 35 and 38 in second schematic below.

Check for oil leaking at that interface.  If the pipe fitting is over-tightened, it can and will crack the housing.

Continental does not sell the cover (item 35).  They sell the entire starter adapter for $7000.

I found a serviceable cover and replaced the bearing and seal  along with the cover.  You may have the version that

does not have the accessory drive feature which eliminates the need for the seal. Everything else looks the same.

> I have oil dripping out of turbos in this recently overhauled engine - done by Barrett in Tulsa OK.  Last run was about six minutes to see if electronic ignition is working.  Found a little oil puddled on the Tarmac under each stack and can be seen to emanate from the turbos.  Total time since reinstall is about 15 minutes, none of it higher than mag check RPM.

> My question is are the turbo oil return lines plumbed with a check valve?  Could a backwards hookup of these produce this result?  I didn't have this problem with the Performance Engine version that I flew for about 55 hours.
