I fought high engine temps for a long time when I bought mine from the builder. It was easy to hit 430 in the length of the runways at Eglin. I had to limit power to about 70% to keep temps under 400. My timing was way off. I'm surprised the engine made as much power as it did.
Check the timing on your mags.
When I bought the plane in Denver in January it was impossible to create the problem. Florida in July was easy. There may be nothing wrong with your plane, just take Grayhawk's advice.

Gilles,
Also consider that the LNC2 cooling air intakes are less efficient at
higher angles of attack. Until you completely understand why the engine
cooling is not good enough, consider climb outs at 135-140 KIAS and, when above
700 feet AGL, reduce RPM to 2600 while maintaining Wide Open
Throttle.

380 is OK 415 is not, can you richen to bring down under 400? I
would suggest reducing power to keep it under 400 until you fix the problem,
most likely your baffling. Be sure you are sealed.
