I'm a Vet. This subject has been discussed at length on the COPA list.
Pilots have been "rigging up" various contraptions to try to provide O2 for
dogs for quite a while. I think they are likely to create a problem trying
solve a nonexistent one. I ran a little altitude test on one of my dogs to
prove my point:
