The wx in KBGR is not cooperating (low ceilings, = mist,=20 icing) and the cold front over the Atlantic hasn=E2=80=99t moved fast=20 enough.
Bill=20 has decided to postpone his departure by 24 hours, so he should depart = tomorrow=20 morning around 11 a.m.
