My superior IO 360b2a1 with Silverhawk injector and MTV 12B/175 prop is a
great combo.  With 8.5 pistons, it will burn mogas and still cruises at 215
mph.  Fits long cowl ( only close at NO. 2 valve cover) but exhaust is
pretty snug .  I prefer the looks of the 3 blade prop (who doesn't) but also
it provides extra ground clearance.  If you ever taxi over some uneven
ground and find grass stains on the tips, you will understand.  There may be
better engines than the XP360, but I doubt it.  The new ones have roller
cams, a big plus.  Picture of my bird is attached.  First flew last August,
now has 60 hours.  Longest trip so far Dallas Executive -Aspen.  Next trip,
Dallas-Lakeland for sun n fun.  Ed Gray, Dallas
