When I was building my 360, I found that I had one smoked rear quarter window and one clear. They were still covered by the protective film, so it was impossible to tell until I started the installation. I went back to Lancair, who basically said tough luck, it was too long ago, and we will not take responsibility. I think I had to pay $100 for a new smoked window. So you may find that the factory still has a replacement, but they are unlikely to be sympathetic!!. I was not too impressed by their attitude.
