Evolution owners! Please take note.
My Evolution nose wheel collapsed this weekend while moving the aircraft with a tug. I landed in Rifle Colorado at approximately Noon Mountain central time. The aircraft was moved about five hours later. This is when the incident happened. It is apparent that the locking system in the hydraulic cylinders can fail. The conclusion I came to, was the hydraulic system needs to be energized any time you move your aircraft or you can have a landing gear failure. Fortunately damage was minimal and I am flying.
