I believe the part numbers are 4090-01 and 02. If you get an extra set you can trim them down. Have to make a part for the static tube, but works pretty well. Other option is to get them from Fred (John) Hadlich. He built some molds for them. Not sure what he charges, but the Lancair ones are $75 each johnhadlich@live.com I can send you pics if you want.
