I have never landed my ES-P on grass, nor would I (given a choice). I suggest you choose your course of action after walking up to one and pushing side to side on the nose. It's a truly wonderful airplane in most other respects. -isaac heizer N7842K
George asked: Does anyone know if there are limitations to landing the ES on grass
strips? Is it advisable to remove the wheel pants and/or put larger
tires on the main and nose gear?
Don Gabriel said: George, I try to stay off grass. I have in the past but it shaacks the
$%#& out of the panel and nose gear, which is connected to the motor
mount. In a pinch yes. Not on a regular basis
