Hi,

I had a customer that has those displays and he says that the people servicing them are in Zephyrhills, FL.  A place called AITI.  Their number is 813-783-3361.

I Hope this helps.

Subject: OP Technology Displays

I'm inquiring as to who is operating OP Technology displays that might be
able to provide some insight into how they operate and issues they are
having.  Would be very interested in speaking with any owners.

We are about to put them back into our panel after 3.5 years of rebuild time
on a Lancair IVPT.  I've heard that the displays with the LCF are over
taxing the power supply and eventually reboot or shut down.  Not good.

Since these displays are out of production and are not really being
supported, I'm trying to ascertain if I'm chasing a lost cause in trying to
get the company to do a retrofit which they have designed which will put in
much brighter and less power consuming LED lighting, but could cost us $3-5K
to have done and there is no continuing software updates from my
understanding.

This may still be cheaper than new displays, but I'm really disappointed
that the acquiring company (Aerosonic) appears to be wringing their hands in
terms of standing by this product which were over $20K per unit.

Any help/thoughts appreciated.
