I have 150 hours in my small tail/short mounts 320.  In day-to-day
operations, there is little difference between the big tail/long mounts
aircraft.  However, fully loaded with 60 lb. in the baggage area, my 320 is
right up against the aft CG limits.  It's very noticeable.  Friends with the
big tail/long mounts don't experience the same sensitivity.

If you're willing to wait and your wallet can handle it, go for the L2000.
