I am not exactly sure what you mean by "swiveling red lights or LED's", but
if you are looking for a cockpit/cabin light, I found a very nice one in
Aircraft spruce.  It is a bit pricey ($45) but is very well made.  6 tiny
LEDs that seem to put out a pretty good amount of light.  Easy to mount too.
