One thing that works, is cheap and quick is to take three tennis balls. Cut one to fit over the tail nave light, put holes in it and the other two balls. Run a bungy cord through all of them and put one over the nav light and the other two between the horizontal stab and elevator. Holds the rudder and elevator in place but doesn't do anything for ailerons.
Attached is a picture I use on my airplane. Simple and works great if you have the rudder gears.
