Steve,
Your high pitch blade angle is set too low(too small a bite at the high pitch stop). To change it you need a visit to a prop shop but it is a somewhat minor repair.

Hi All.
Got a question for 360 flyers with over 200HP and the Hartzell prop with 68" blades. I need to know if you guys with the higher HP can bring your RPM's down to say 2000 or so while running full throttle at alitude of 12,000 to 17,500. I have to pull back power in order to bring the rpms down at alitude of 12,000 +.
