I think one of the best (if not THE BEST) painter of Lancair’s is Steve Green in Medford, OR.  http://www.building44.com/ 

He did an exceptional job on our Legacy.  Getting the body work right, cowl/door/flap/control gaps right and knowing not to damage the structure is worth a lot.  He has a state-of-the-art paint booth too.
